Smooth delivery and clear return rules are part of how we work. Here is what to expect when you buy from astunke.lt.
Delivery
Orders within Lithuania arrive in 1-3 working days from the moment payment is confirmed. We use Omniva, LP Express and MultiParcels couriers.
If something you ordered is not in stock, we tell you straight away by message, phone or email.
Please note. During holiday periods, or in force majeure circumstances, delivery can take a little longer than usual.
Money-back guarantee
If what you bought did not live up to your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days of purchase and get your money back.
To return an item, please:
- email us at info@astunke.lt;
- include in the email:
- the name of the item you are returning;
- the order number;
- the buyer’s first and last name;
- the bank account number you want the refund paid into;
- a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
The money you paid, including the delivery costs you covered, is refunded within 14 calendar days of the day we receive your notice of return.
Important. The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent. You return the item at your own cost.
When returns do not apply
The money-back guarantee does not apply:
- if the item has lost its saleable appearance;
- if the item has been damaged through the buyer’s fault;
- if the item is returned without its original packaging, incomplete or damaged.
Warranty and quality claims
Everything sold on astunke.lt carries the manufacturer’s warranty. If you find a quality defect, write to info@astunke.lt with the order number and a photo of the defect. We review claims about manufacturing defects within 14 calendar days.
