The Bar-Lock mounting kit puts the bar bag on and takes it off in an instant. Its cable fixing holds the mount completely steady on the bar, even over rough ground.

As a spare part it replaces the Handlebar-Pack QR mount, and if you prefer, the Bar-Lock kit can also replace the Handlebar-Pack Plus or Handlebar-Pack Flex mount.
