Pannier adapter Ortlieb

A lockable adapter for mounting a Travel-Biker or Trunk-Bag with the ORTLIEB adapter (from 06/2004 to 2015) on a second bike. Panniers with the QL1 or QL2 / QL2.1 system can still be used at the sides at the same time.
