COROS Heart Rate Monitor

The COROS Heart Rate Monitor is a lightweight, comfortable optical heart rate sensor designed to deliver accurate, real-time heart rate data during running, cycling, gym workouts and other sports. Worn on the upper arm, it provides a more stable sensor position than a wrist-based optical sensor while avoiding the restrictive feel of a traditional chest strap.

The latest-generation multi-channel optical sensor is designed to provide high-quality heart rate data across a wide range of activities. The soft, low-profile fabric band sits securely against the skin, helping minimize movement and external light interference for reliable readings even during intense training.

With automatic wear detection, the monitor powers on when worn and automatically connects to paired devices when you start a workout. It can simultaneously connect to up to three Bluetooth devices, including COROS watches, bike computers, indoor trainers and compatible third-party devices.

Advanced Optical Heart Rate Technology

The COROS Heart Rate Monitor uses a multi-channel optical heart rate sensor that measures blood-flow changes beneath the skin using light. Wearing the sensor on the upper arm provides a stable measurement location with good blood flow, helping maintain signal quality during demanding activities.

For best accuracy, COROS recommends positioning the sensor securely around the biceps area, between the biceps and deltoid. The band should be snug enough to prevent the sensor from moving during exercise without causing discomfort.
