Hot & Cold
The Therminator has a distinctive head that combines heating and cooling with percussive massage, which takes warming up and recovering to another level. It reaches the temperature you set in under a minute, so the start and the end of your ride are right straight away.

Pre-ride muscle activation
The heating function brings several benefits. It helps dilate the blood vessels and stimulate circulation while improving flexibility and easing tension, which makes it ideal for warming up, particularly when the legs still feel tired from a previous ride. Beyond preparing the muscles properly, it also takes the heaviness out of the legs.

Post-ride recovery boost
The cooling mode limits muscle damage and speeds recovery after hard training. Cold constricts the blood vessels and reduces swelling, and it slows inflammatory responses and dampens pain signals. That makes the Therminator very effective for recovering after demanding rides, and it brings relief to sore or overworked muscles.
