A practical magnetic closure opens and shuts the Fuel Pack one handed. A built-in cable port lets you charge a device as you ride. Any bolt holes already in the top tube can be used to mount the bag; where there are none, perforated rubber straps hold it. If you do not need those straps for mounting, they will do other jobs, holding an extra bottle on the down tube for example. And if the holes are in the wrong place, the Offset-Plate, sold separately, moves the bag to where it should be.
